Barbossa’s Saturday brunch gets a limited edition Rio Carnival takeover, bringing samba dancers, feathered costumes, Latin beats, Brazilian flavours, and high energy waterfront celebrations to Yas Bay.
Expect a vibrant afternoon of music, colour, cocktails, and Carnival spirit, with DJ Juan setting the pace and samba dancers bringing the room to life. The menu blends Barbossa favourites with Brazilian inspired dishes, from pão de queijo, pastéis, feijoada, and picanha to coconut fish bake, fajitas, tacos, churros, baked pineapple, and more.
